Terms of Sale

Last updated: July 2026

These terms apply to quotations issued and orders accepted by Wrkhaus Workwear Ltd, registered in England & Wales, trading from Foundry Park, Sheffield S9 1XU.

Quotations and pricing

  • Website listings are invitations to treat, not offers. Prices are confirmed by written quotation.
  • Quotations are valid for 30 days and exclusive of VAT and delivery unless stated. VAT-inclusive figures are always shown as the amount plus VAT, for example £150+VAT.
  • An order exists when you accept our quotation in writing and we confirm it.

Branding and artwork

  • Logo application proceeds only after you approve a written proof. Approved proofs are final.
  • You warrant that you hold the rights to any artwork supplied.

Delivery, risk and title

  • Delivery dates are given in good faith and are estimates. Risk passes on delivery; title passes on payment in full.
  • Claims for damage in transit or short delivery must be notified within 3 working days of receipt.

Returns and warranty

  • Returns are accepted per our published Delivery & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
  • Certified PPE is warranted to conform to the standards stated on its documentation at the time of delivery.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. PPE must be selected, used and maintained in accordance with its documentation; selection of the correct certification for your risk environment remains the buyer's responsibility, though we will always help you get it right.

General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, with the courts of England and Wales having exclusive jurisdiction.
