Wrkhaus Workwear Ltd ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal information collected through wrkhausworkwear.co.uk. We keep this policy short because we collect little.

What we collect

  • Quote and contact details you submit: name, company, email, phone, delivery postcode and any message or artwork you attach.
  • Order and invoicing records where a quote becomes an order.
  • Basic, privacy-respecting site analytics (page views, referrers). No advertising trackers.

How we use it

  • To reply to your quote or enquiry, which is why you gave it to us.
  • To fulfil orders, invoices and warranty obligations (legal basis: contract).
  • To keep records HMRC requires us to keep (legal basis: legal obligation).

We do not sell personal data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking. Artwork files are used solely to produce your order.

Sharing and retention

We share delivery details with carriers to deliver your order, and data with our IT and accounting providers under contract. Quote enquiries that go nowhere are deleted after 12 months; order records are kept for 6 years as required.

Your rights

You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@wrkhausworkwear.co.uk. If we get it wrong, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
