Frequently Asked Questions

Ordering, branding, certifications, sizing and delivery. If it is not answered here, the trade team is one call away.

Ordering & pricing

Every product page has an Add to Quote button. Build your list across as many categories as you like, then send it once from the quote page with your details. Our trade team replies with line-by-line and volume pricing within one working day. There is nothing to sign up for and no minimum order.

Because almost everything we sell is bought in volume, and volume changes the number. A price that is right for 5 polos is wrong for 500. Quoting means you always get the real figure, not a retail placeholder. If you need a fast ballpark, call the trade team and we will give you one on the phone.

No. We quote single items for individual workers as readily as full workforce kit-outs. Volume discounts start applying from around 10 units per line.

Yes. Regular buyers can apply for a trade account with agreed pricing and 30-day invoice terms. Mention it in your quote message and we will set it up alongside your first order.

Logos & branding

Yes, on every garment we sell. Embroidery for durability on outerwear and knits, print for hi-vis and technical fabrics where stitching would compromise the certification. Upload your artwork with your quote request; we confirm placement and stitch-count before anything goes into production.

It can if done badly, which is why we control it. Logos on certified garments are sized and placed within the allowances of EN ISO 20471 so the garment keeps its rating. We will flag anything that would compromise compliance before we produce it.

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are ideal. A high-resolution PNG works for most jobs. If all you have is a photo of a van door, send it anyway; our artwork team redraws logos for a small one-off fee.

Certifications & sizing

Your site, client or safety officer will specify the standard, and it is usually printed in your RAMS or induction pack. If you know the environment but not the code, our certification guide explains each standard in plain English, or call us and describe the job.

The class reflects how much fluorescent material and reflective tape the garment carries. Class 3 is required for high-risk environments including motorways and rail; Class 2 covers most sites. Two Class 2 garments worn together can be certified as a Class 3 combination if tested as such.

Workwear is cut for layering, so most of our garments are true to size with room built in. Each product page carries a fit note written for that garment, and the size guide has full measurements. On team orders we can send a sizing sample set before you commit.

Delivery & returns

Stock items despatch from Sheffield within 24 hours of order confirmation; standard UK mainland delivery is 2 to 3 working days. Logo-applied orders typically run 7 to 10 working days from artwork approval. Next-day is available on request for stock lines.

Unbranded stock items: 30 days, unworn, full refund or exchange. Logo-applied garments are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty. Faulty items are replaced at our cost, no quibble.

UK mainland delivery is standard. Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands, and Republic of Ireland are quoted per order. Further afield, ask; we regularly ship marine kit to European ports.
