Delivery & Returns
Straightforward, in writing, no surprises.
Delivery
- Stock items despatch from our Sheffield warehouse within 24 hours of order confirmation.
- Standard UK mainland delivery: 2 to 3 working days, free on orders over £150+VAT, otherwise £6.95+VAT.
- Next working day delivery: available on stock lines ordered before 1pm, quoted per order.
- Logo-applied orders: typically 7 to 10 working days from artwork approval.
- Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands, and Republic of Ireland: quoted per order at cost.
- Large team kit-outs can be delivered bagged and labelled per wearer on request.
Returns
- Unbranded stock items: return within 30 days, unworn and in original packaging, for a full refund or exchange.
- Logo-applied and made-to-order garments: non-returnable unless faulty, which is why we confirm artwork proofs and offer sizing samples first.
- Faulty goods: replaced or refunded at our cost, including return carriage. Report within 30 days of the fault appearing.
- To start a return, email hello@wrkhausworkwear.co.uk with your order reference. We reply with a returns number and label within one working day.
Sizing samples
On team quotes we can send a sizing sample set before production. Samples are invoiced and fully credited on return, so trying the kit costs nothing but a few days.
